To use the ph65 platform, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one ph65 account at any time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether identified by name, identity document, device, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.1 Deposits

• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a ph65 deposit.

In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, ph65 will forfeit all balances — real-money and bonus — in the suspended account and may pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn in connection with the fraudulent activity.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly with ph65 may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Mediation function, which has jurisdiction over disputes arising from PAGCOR-regulated gaming operations in the Philippines. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute not resolved through the above mechanisms.
